Restaurant Manager

Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of a Restaurant and for managing and leading crew in their Restaurant, delivering excellent experiences to all customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a role model 
  • Liaising with customers, crew, suppliers, Business consultants and Restaurant Support Centres
  • Recruiting, onboarding, training and supervising staff
  • Problem Solving
  • Making improvements to the running of the business in line with brand initiatives
  • Promoting and marketing the business
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Roster Management
  • Agreeing and managing budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and food safety legislation/guidelines
  • Manage stock and wastage levels
  • Order supplies
  • Preparing and presenting reports
  • Keeping statistical and financial records - utilises Restaurant Systems to access relevant data
  • Assessing and improving profitability
  • Setting targets
  • Handling administration and paperwork
