Our Shift Supervisors oversee Restaurant Operations during a shift. Through their expert supervision, they help create memorable Hero Experiences for our customers whilst managing costs and driving the performance of a shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks to restaurant Team Members and supervise their performance
  • Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and advise stock orders as needed
  • Arrange to have shifts covered
  • Help team members resolve on-the-job challenges
  • Track shift controllables to targets
  • Balance the cash at the end of the shift
  • Manage deliveries to food safety standards and brand process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints - Hero Service
  • Open or close the Restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift)
  • Complete Shift Handovers
  • Report maintenance and training needs
  • Manage and control all Workplace Health & Safety and Food Safety for the restaurant whilst leading shifts
